Help SOS Safeguarding last 2 questions.

So, I am coming down to the last 2 questions in my safeguarding unit , and I am really stuck on the last 2 questions witch are...

Analyse legal requirements and guidance relating to the safeguarding of children

and

evaluate the impact of legal requirements on own role.

Any help with them would be greatly appreciated!!!

thanks x

firstly ensure you understand the 2 verbs and then read the legislation guides i send 8 out of 10 back as they describe or explain not analyse or evaluate

well first you need to know them,, i assume you do, then look at the term evaluate and think about whether they impact on your daily work and practice are they good or not
analyse is different you need to do that then.

you should have learnt this on your level 2 and this is the crux on level 3 as it theoretically preparing you for HE>

this is what I cant get my head around because I didn't learn anything about this stuff on my level 2, I just had to write something along the lines of what safeguarding is, I didn't have to do anything about legal stuff :/ think this is what made it hard for me, but thanks for all your help ! :) xx
