Default EYMP 2 (1.3) Documented outcomes assessed and recorded??

I need to write an explanation of how the documented outcomes are assessed and recorded???

I know the 5 POSITIVE OUTCOMES are as follows:-
• Be Healthy
• Stay Safe
• Enjoy and Achieve
• Make a Positive Contribution
• Achieve Economic Well-being

Does it mean the Profiles (observations and assessments)/ Planning Documents / 2 year-check ???

I'm struggling to write the explanation!

Hi, if you're in England the documented outcomes are the early learning goals in EYFS and how your setting utilises them or puts them into action.

The development matters guidance helps to assess childrens stages, milestones & accomplishments. They're also viewed as outcomes and how you know what they are and do also depends on the way your setting uses them.

Yes, profiles, journals or journeys & diaries, observations, assessments, planning, methods that check and monitor children's day by day development, 2 yr check are all ways of recording this information xx

The 5 positive outcomes of ECM is good knowledge, but isn't part of the current governmnet's political policy so it will depend how your setting uses them as to how indepth you write about them.

Hth, best wishes
