Help SOS barriers to multi agency partnerships

Help!!!

can anyone help me, I'm a childminder and ive just started my level 3 CYP and stuck with the question 'What barriers may there be to multi agency partnerships and how would you overcome them?'

I know what the multi agencies are but my heads done in trying to think of what could be a barrier, any help would be appreciated.

social workers are well trained with degrees and thinks EYPs were amateurs, we think health visitors are thick, doctors don't like any of us. teachers think they know everything

drs are never available neither are teachers

nursery pracs think they're better than childminders

some thoughts to get you going not mine!
