Help SOS Help please! I have brain freeze...

Hi, Please can anyone help me?
The question is give three examples of ways of empowering children and young people to make positive and informed choices that support their well-being and safety.
My assessor has written "explain three of the strategies you use in some depth"

I have written so far:

1. Teaching them to become more assertive by playing a game using “What if” questions. This helps them to think about being safe.
For example “What would you do if you felt worried or unsafe? What would you do if someone asked you to keep a secret?
This kind of discussion allows the children to be in control; it gives them an opportunity to think up their own solutions as well as to listen to others. Good answers are praised and enthused over, which in turn leads to greater self confidence and self esteem in the child as they are armed with the knowledge that they know what to do, because they answered the questions.

2. Small group talks about safety. Start by reading a story such as Little Red Riding Hood. Leading on to a talk about safety, what could she have done differently? This could then lead on to the importance staying with parents/carers, not talking to strangers and remembering that they can always say no. It is important to listen to all the children’s answers and to offer praise and encouragement. Never put a child down or laugh at their answers. Explain why an answer might not be a good idea and offer alternatives for the child to consider.

3.Learning "My body belongs to me" Teaching children about their body parts using the correct termonology. Having a body part poster always on display. Talking about what is are good hugs and kisses and what are not.

This is not is some depth but I have total brain freeze as to what else to write and I even on the right tract with the answers?

Any help/advice would be great.
Thank you
Clare
