Hi, have you asked your class teacher or colleagues where they go to research ideas on supporting the children's math?

There are many programmes to look at, books, along with the curriculum subject or EYFS if in England that provides all the expectations involved.

Thank you for your reply I am based in Wales so will look at the Welsh website they do little big maths would I be ok to write about that too?

Absolutely :) researching programmes that others follow is also a great way to find out what different schemes/methods can offer children.

The information for math in the Foundation Phase framework & any independant planning for math that your setting does will also help xx

Hi welcome to the site, it means for you to look for places where ideas and suggestions about mathematical development is given so that you can best support the children you work alongside.

Depending on the age of the children you might visit websites (which ones?) you may read magazine subscriptions that you have and that your setting provides, you may attend training opportunities and meetings that discuss maths, you might talk with your room lead - teacher, manager, supervisor? about children's math and so discover new ways to help them learn.

You'll need to research each of your sources and then see what they offer.
