HELP!! SCMP 2 Promote the well being and resilience of children and young people

Hi everyone
I'm stuck on SCMP 2 1.1 Explain the factors that influence the well being of children and young people.
I know what I have to write about but not sure how to word it. Help please

SCMP 2 unit page

You could start by explaining that there are a range of factors that influence well-being.

eg:
attachment
relationships
emotional security
health
self esteem
diet
exercise
rest and sleep
prompt medical/dental attention when needed
preventive health programmes

Then research each factor to see how it impacts on well-being and include that information and any quotes from creditable sources eg. lack of sleep on NHS.uk

If you've a handbook - on amazon.co.uk the scmp chapters are good reading.

thank you that has helped. Be glad when i finish this QCF lol. My file is with the IQA at the moment. not sure if thats good or not lol.
