Explanation of pattern in development?

Might sound really stupid here, I don't understand what they are asking of me? Do I take a bit of info from each prime area of development at different age ranges??
*An explanation of the pattern of development in the first 8 years, and the skills typically acquired at each stage

do it in 3 month chunks and you need to cover EVERY area of development and the skills they gain as they develop explain means using examples so not just a simple chart

Dont forget to cover from conception as I got pulled up on this. here is a snippet of mine. I only got a pass but hope it helps................................

Physical development covers the growth of the body as well as the way in which we use our bodies including our fine and gross motor skills.

During pregnancy physical development is fast paced. During fertilisation the sperm enters the ovum creating a single cell, this single cell is known as the Zygote. Cell divisions happens at a rapid rate during this stage and develops into a blastocyst. The Blastocyst travels down the fallopian tube until it reaches the womb and implantation takes place.

In the first month after conception the neural plate is formed when the edges of the plate curl up and join together to form the neural tube. The neural tube is the earliest nervous system tissue and develops into the brain and the spinal cord.

From around three weeks after conception the body begins to form from the neural tube, a head and trunk begin to form followed by arm buds and leg buds. By 25 days internal organs are present and functioning as they grow. Also around this time facial features such as eyes and ears begin to show and is recognisably human.

By six weeks from conception the fingers and toes have started to form and the eyes are developing.
