Default Anyone doing CYPOP 23?

Just wondering how you were getting on with it? I'm the only one in my class doing it so not much support from fellow students :(

How did you find it? Need to start mine but am a bit worried about it all LOL! I'm sure I'll be fine once I sit down to write it though. How did you do the resource folder thing they're asking for? Did you give examples of children you've been working with?

Sorry, am asking a million and one questions!

I am answering each question rather than doing the tasks so haven't done the resourse folder had 1.1-1.4 signed off and handed in 2.1-2.5 last week so waiting to see if it ok. Not finding this one as bad as some of the others. Carn't wait to finish it now getting a bit repetative. Let me know how you get on. Let me know if I can help you in anyway.

can you recommend any useful books for this? A friend of mine is a speech therapist and she's lent me one of her books which has a section in it on EAL kids with speech problems but other than that, am not finding much in the "mainstream" books on EAL children....

OK just looked at it again and the first part of task 1 has me stumped already!

Explain how to identify which languages are used by children and young people in the work setting.

For the sake of sounding really stupid, the only thing I can think of is to ask the child and his/her parents! Or am I missing something really obvious?

Cool, thank you, will have a look on there.

Sometimes it's the simple 'obvious' questions that throw you the most!
