Default Recommended books

Hi, I'm just about to start my level 3 diploma children's & young people's workforce. Just wondered if there are any books you can recommend me reading/buying. I have brought the penni tassoni book, I found the level 2 book really helpful when I did my nvq 2.

I sure I'll be visiting this site lots over the coming months!

Leanne

i would recommend the "good childhood study". the linda pound books 2 and 3 and understanding child development by jennie lindon and my students fave theories of childhood by carol garhart mooney. it is very good. ensure you know your eyfs and ecm and read GOOD newspapers!!
