Default NVQ 3 ccld my story

having studied at college for 2yrs, 23 years ago to gain my N.A.M.C.W diploma.i practiced in childcare for 19yrs,then taking a 2yr career break to have my own children, i returned to practice to discover my qualifications were now not recognised, so i enrolled to take the nvq qualification.
words of advice for anyone taking this, there will be tears of frustration and banging your head against a wall, take yourself a break the work will still be there when you return.remember your assessor/tutor is there for help and guidance also.
my bible has been the children's care learning and development book by penny tassoni a book that has helped no end a must purchase if you are doing this course.
the biggest thanks has to be for you silky steps guys, who else can you turn to when your up until midnight chewing over and over a question in frustration, you have kept me sane and on the right track.
i sent flowers to my colleagues today for being a shoulder when the going got tough and encouraging me on my way,so i also send a virtual bouquet to you all at silky steps my superstars.
the last 12 months of work have been worth it, all units signed off and complete I DONE IT!
