Default Unit 302 legislation

Hi all its my first time posting....i need some pointers on how legislation affects working practice....any help would be greatly appreciated..I seem to have hit a brick wall !!

have a look through the welfare requirements of the EYFs , every child matters and the children act. also look at health and safety and work law and the disability act. all of these effect what you do every day. all of these are listed in the textbook but they expect you of course to go and research them
