Help SOS Needing a bit of guidance sorry a bit long winded :)

Good Morning , My name is Michelle and I am new to the site. I am currently doing Cache supporting teaching and learning in schools level 2, this is such a good site I have read through many of the threads and have found them to be great food for thought. I am doing TDA 2.3 communicating and professional relationships with children and young people. It is proving challenging lol.
I am struggling with examples the question is
1.3 Describe with examples how to behave appropriately for a child or young person's stage of development.

I have done my write up for each stage eg EYFS, ks1, 2,3 & 4 and have got 2 examples for EYFS ks 1 & 2. But need 1 more example for ks 3 & 4 if someone could shed some inspiration I would be grateful.
Also I am struggling a bit with, again any help would be great
2.2 Describe the importance of adult relationships as role models for children and young people.
Any help/advice would really be appreciated and in turn I hope to be able to offer mine and it be of some use.

Hello :)

I am also stuck on this question about how to describe the importance of adult relationships as role modles for children and young people. Was wondering if you could help me on this? If you've already found some help as it would be a big help for me if you could help me on this question :)
