Hi, a warm welcome to the site, this is asking how you set things out, plan and organise the room, resources and activities so that children with disability and educational needs are included, welcomed and can participate with as much ease as children without disablity or secific learning needs.

eg. maybe you check & tidy corridors, tables & their activities, floor space so they're clear of obstacles and access is optimal. Do you have quieter, darker/lighter areas for children who struggle with noise, bright light or darkness? Are toys and resources easy to reach and use? Are left handed items as readily available as right handed? Does everyone know what individual children's needs are so that staff can support them? What do the setting's policies and procedures say about access, participation, equal opportunity & equality?
