Default cypw diploma weekly menu

hi
i have to write a weekly menu of balanced meals and how we follow guildlines on healthy eating as we only have snacks can anyone help

I was told to write about the snack we offer and how that helps with the children get their recommended portions of meat, dairy, fruit and vegtables, cereals .hope this helps.

If parents provide pack lunches then you can provide suggestions as how they can be healthy too.

Hi Shelley,

Our setting only do snack too. When I did my menu I actually went onto a number of day nursery websites and also the local site for school menus. I just put one together from them and have got it signed off.
Included Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks & Drinks. Took into account any allergies and special requirements, so put options including hot & cold choice.
