General question unit 305 help!!

Hi everyone,
I have been told to write about a bullying case i have dealt with, e.g, one child smacking another.
I was going to write that i got down to the childs level and explained that what was done is wrong and spoke about friendship.
would this be enough??
Any guideness or inspiration would be great.
Thanks

yah sounds good, also say what could have happened ie hurt badly, say you asked to say sorry for politeness. you can say you will monitor the child and see if she does it again then to take appropriate procedures!
