Help SOS Explain the welfare requirements and guidance of the FOUNDATION PHASE (Wales)

Unit 066. I'm really stuck on this particular question. I have read the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Child Care and still not sure how to answer this question! I'm having trouble with wording and lay out. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi, explain means to read the documents and then retell your understanding of them

'Quote' from wales.gov
The Foundation Phase is based on the principle that early years' provision should offer a sound foundation for future learning through a developmentally appropriate curriculum.

and from the welfare requirements / national minimum standards
These standards determine whether child minding and day care settings are providing adequate care for children under the age of eight.

There is also nutritional guidance that makes for good reading : http://wales.gov.uk/topics/health/im...lines/?lang=en

Best wishes xx
