Hi, there are three areas you can look to find standards.

1. Your setting's policies and procedures which comply with or are underpinned by the home nation's early years framework - if in England this will be the EYFS 2012.
2. The national occupational standards which set codes of practice in place for professionals.
3. Your job contract - what your role is in the setting, responsibilities and duties and how that links to the NOS national occupational standards. Reading the principles and values of the sector might also help.

This is the thread that lists the NOS - national occupational standards that for this criteria you're expected to show awareness of - SHC 32 expected standards and linking it to work

If you have access to a handbook the social & health care unit 32 is at the front xx - cypw lv3 textbooks on amazon.co.uk

Best wishes xx

From what I have understood from this task you have to read through the standards and write about how you follow the standards in your work role
Eg in the standards it says children should eat healthy or something along the lines of that so you write something like
At my placement I make sure parents provide children with the right choice of healthy foods as according to the national standards

I think that's right :)
