Default After you have your qualification?

Hey Eveybody,

I have searched on here a few times but never said hello... so Hello

I am currently working through my level three in Scotland and was wondering how many people are doing the qualification and plan on staying in the same job? Or are you doing the level three as a stepping stone to something else?

I am working as a childminder at the moment but have been thinking about family support working instead (once I have finished my course)

Just wondered what every bodies plans are.

Me

I have nearly finished my NVQ 3, have 1 observation left later this month.
I volunteer at the moment at my daughters nursery, would really like to work there, shall ask them to keep me in mind, and just keep volunteering once I am qualified more for work experience. can't really go for any other job because of the hours my daughter is in the nursery and son at school, plus husband has car all the time, this place is about 7mins walk away so perfect, shall just keep checking for vacancies.
