Default Level 3 Diploma

I am a childminder for 5 year twins and I am currently doing the level 3 diploma and my assessor is coming out next week to check my planning ideas and observe me observing and activity that I can then do the next steps with.

Please can anyone help me with a really good activity for 5 year olds that will show that I know what I am doing???
