Hi, a warm welcome to the site. Your early years framework guides everything you do in your setting :)

It influences the way you safeguard your children, the type of activities you plan for your children, how the rooms are expected to meet children's needs, the way you interact with the children, with colleagues, parents and other professionals.

If you read through the framework you'll see how it impacts on your professional work

a positive outcome can mean a good result or a successful conclusion

All the goals your setting would want its children to achieve at the end of their time with you, and further ahead in their futures would be positive ones, good eventualities or outcomes xx

In England and Wales the 5 positive outcomes of Every Child Matters paper helps to show what everyone is aiming for.

The minimum standards for childcare in NI
would show positive outcomes as wanting children to be healthy - nutrition, safe and protected, have opportunities to learn and develop and have adults working together to ensure each child's needs are met and their chance for lifelong success is maximised.

If you're unsure what you need to be researching please contact your course provider as they'll be able to direct you to the most relevant sources xx
