Hi guys!
im really stuck on this question so i'd really appreciate any help or pointers!

'Explain how legislation, frameworks, codes of practice and policies relating to supporting the positive behaviour of children are applied to current working practice'

Find the law, and the policies and the codes that talk about behaviour and then think about how you use them

My assessor has told me to use UNCRC, SEN Code of Practice, Education Act 2002 & Equality Act 2010. Hope that helps because I still have no clue. I'm struggling to link the Education Act to positive behaviour.
