Would be really grateful if anyone can translate this in English for me. I have been sitting at my laptop for two hours now trying to research but nothing is making any sense, Hope someone can help me please. Thanks

1.2 Explain the importance of promoting the rights of all children and young people to participation and equality of access.

There seems to be a lot of laws that could be put in this question. How much should we use. I'm at a total loss as to how to start. Thanks

  • Disability and acess policy
  • Accessibility plan
Page 14 Along with current legislation, these policies and procedures contribute in education as they ensure that all pupils are given equal access to the curriculum and wider life of school or college. All grouops should be valued and able to reach their full academic potential through being supported in an environment of mutual respect. Educational organisations will need to ensure that they guide pupils in becoming tolerant and accepting members of a diverse society where differences are recognised and celebrated.
