Hi, reducing risk can be done using the setting's existing risk assessment forms which are useful for seeing how everything is set out eg. hazards and risks by room, area, inside & out. Think about the procedures and different practices that happen daily to reduce risk: checking storage areas, cleaning surfaces. What is your role in the setting and what responsibilities do you have to keep the environment safe?

Hope this helps a little. If you have access to this level 3 handbook pages 115+ are good reading

Best wishes
