Default Confidentiality

Give 2 examples of when you would choose to provide others with information that you have been given.

I have: if a child disclosed that they were being abused and
If a parent gives me information regarding their child. eg if they attend a speech therapist and the parent gives me information on how to help them at pre-school
(Is this one ok... or is there a better one?)

I then have to say what i would tell the person who gave me the information before i passed it on to someone else.
The 1st one is fine, but wondered about the last one, whether there was a btter example :-)
