Default Activity for 305 children to protect themselves

Hi I have nearly finished 305 I just need help with finding an activity to do with age group 2-3 year olds on how to enable them to protect themselves, it also needs to be adapted for older children. I need to do a reflective account on the activity.
I did buy the book Feeling happy, Feeling safe as I was told it had activities in it to do but it does not does anyone have any ideas

I havnt done this yet but I remember one of my colleagues read a good story called 'I like it when' which shows a young penguin doing things that he enjoys with an adult penguin. At the end you could talk about things the children like doing then lead this on to a question like 'what should you do when you dont like something?' encourage them to say no and tell a grown up if the person doesnt stop. For older children you could say you would discuss what things should be kept as a secret eg birthday presents and which things you shouldnt keep secret eg if somebody hurts you.
