Whoop whoop - yayy help with 337

D692 – Please identify and describe the policies and procedures at your workplace for behaviour. Explain why it is important to have these and how these enable a structured approach to encouraging positive behaviour.

Ive been ask for more than one policy. I know we have a behaviour policy, would I also need to mention equal opportunities and SEN? (this to finish!!!)

dont your safeguarding and partnership with parents and your student policies have something to say about behaviour?

can anyone help with this question:
The ideas of advocacy and empowerment are important to the Children Act 1989 and have been included in subsequent policy and guidance.
What is meant by advocacy?
What is meant by empowerment?
Give 4 examples of how you might provide experiences within a childcare setting for children with special needs which promote the ideas of advocacy and empowerment.
