Help SOS 3045 promote positive behaviour - Complex feelings, dignity, respect and checking for injuries?

Hate this unit why did i ever choose this

Got through quite a bit, but starting to hit a wall here, any help would be appreciated

4.3. Explain the steps that are taken to maintain the dignity of and respect for an individual when responding to an incident of challenging behaviour.

5.3 Descrive the complex feelings that may be experienced by others involved or withnessing an incident of challenging behaviour.

5.5. Describe the steps that should be taken to check for injuries following an incident of challenging behaviour.

and can someone confirm with me that 3.3 highlight, priase and support positive aspects of an individuals behaviour to reinforce positive behaviour, is actually a knowledge question? my assessor highlighted it but i swear that sounds like something to be observed :sorry:

again, any help, i will literally love you forever and ever im dying on my bum on this unit :P

xxx
