General question Lesson learned from ScRs??

FIrst of all :
Please consider other examples of best practice requirements including arrival and departures of children and staff training and the need for contact details

Also, if anyone can help?!:

Please prepare to discuss in more detail other lessons learned from serious case reviews including the importance of communication and recommendations that have come from serious case reviews and the organisations that are involved in serious case review such as OFSTED to cover

I'm really struggling this month

this takes some reading, you need to read the recommendations of some serious case reviews i would recommend the baby p one and the Khyra Ishaq one they are very good. then you need to DISCUSS which isn't describe it means considering the alternative points of view of the recs the reviews have made. you need to do some serious reading first though
