The importantance of children valuing and respecting other peoples individuality and how you can encourage and support this. Please can anyone help. i am finding this nvq 3 realy hard .

Encouraging everyone to value and respect individuality is about taking the time and space to understand what's being said and why - understanding how those reasons are important and being able to relay the information to others. Respect from wikipedia and this is the thread for K3D175
