Help SOS need help before i pull all my hair out please

Hiya guys,
ive only recently started my job as "person in charge" in a local nursery. Im doing unit 305 at the moment and ive been asked to write a statement recording something than may involve child protection, is it important to write a non-judgemental or factual way. write as a member of staff.
Ive no idea where to start, what do i writ first?? This is my last bit of work for 305 and would love to finish it off before i go on holiday next week. Im grateful for any help given. Thank you all again.

when dealing with child protection you have to report the facts that you observe or hear - for example you may think there is an issue because you notice a child has bruises in strange places - inner elbow - or appears frightened or withdrawn when a certain person picks them up you can't raise a child protection issue based on your opinion - you think the parent might be hurting their child because they are rude or aggressive. as long as you feel you have evidence to support it you report it.
