i have spent ages trying to work out what to write for this question but cant seem to get anywhere.
the question is:

Explain how to access extra support and/or services to enable individuals to communicate effectively.

I have to make sure i include the following:
translation services -Translated literature
interpreting services
speech and language services
advocacy services

any help would be amazing, im having complete mental blanks!

you have to say how you get theses services so just google the referral process and then describe what the services are.
