factors to consider when planning healthy and safe enviroments and services?

3.4 task 1 1.1

factors to consider when planning healthy and safe enviroments and services?

i have wrote a bit about every child being an individual, children having specific needs, needs of parents/careers being considered.
i would now like to write something based on-

why should we always be clear about why you are using the enviroment in question, the activities a child encounters and what sort of services are offered.
any info on this question would be so helpfull. thanks!!!
