Help SOS Need some help plzzz

I have got the last P.C for unit 306.3 pc 11 and its really drivin me up the wall.. i don't get it

this is what i wrote for an answer.

"when dealing with conflicts with anyone you must deal positivley with it. you must get the people to discuss the conflict between them at an appropriate time. you must look for soluations that will work for everyone because sometimes the soluation might no work with both sides, you must keep calm at all times and if you are not able to solve it or need support then you must refer to your supervisor"
