Hi, welcome to the site

7.1 Describe the risks to a child or young person who goes missing from care
This is a quote from the first page of the NSPCC's Children who go missing from care report

Looked after children are significantly more likely than all children to go missing, with those in residential care an estimated three times more likely to go missing. These children face a significant risk of harm, and are likely to be exposed to the risk of alcohol and drugs, criminal and sexual victimization including prostitution, sexually transmitted diseases and arrest.

7.2 Outline actions to be taken in line with policies and procedures when a child or young person goes missing

You need to ask for copies of your setting's policies and procedures for this criteria.

7.3 Explain the importance of prompt and persistent action when a child or young person goes missing

The quicker the child or young person can be found the least likely they are to experience events that could have a lasting effect on them.
