Analyse the potential effects of barriers to equality and inclusion in own areas of your responsibility?

i would explain barriers to inclusion and equality;
disability
cultural difference
gender
age
etc

then say what effect they have;
lack of confidence
etc

then say how you would challenge them in your role as childcare.
for example, i am a head of room so it would be my job to challenge these barriers, talk to the child, talk to the parents, inform the manager, change the planning etc.
where as a play worker would maybe just inform me of the barriers.

does that sound like the right lines?
