Default CYP33 3.3 - Strengths and Weaknesses of whistle blowing process

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone could help me. I thought I'd nailed CYP33-3.3 – "Evaluate ways in which concerns about poor practice can be reported whilst ensuring that whistle-blowers and those whose practice or behaviour is being questioned are protected", but my assessor has come back and asked me to evaluate and explain strengths and weaknesses in the whistle blowing process and I have no idea where to go with it! I'm happy to provide the text of my previous answer if you'd like to see it.

Thank you

Barbara
