Default stuck on two criteria...

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help on these two assessment criteria..

1. Use own knowledge of promoting positive behaviour to contribute to reviews of behaviour policies, including bullying, attendance and the effectiveness of rewards and sanctions?

2. provide clear and considered feedback on the effectiveness of behaviour management strategies to inform policy review and development?

I am not sure how to approach these two criteria.....is an analysis of the schools attendence and behaviour policy and its strengths/weaknesses sufficient? or would I need more? I am not directly involved in writing and reviewing policies as that is the headteachers job

thanks
