Describe the scope and legal status of the EYFS

I have no clue! When I look on the internet it just gives me the answers to all the other questions in the unit I have answered!

Does anyone understand this question or is it just me ?xx

Hi, the scope of eyfs is that it impacts on every 0-5 year old provider: school leaders, school staff, childcare providers, childminders and relates to: maintained schools, non-maintained schools, independent schools, academies and free schools, nurseries, private nursery schools, pre-schools/playgroups, childminding.

The legal status of EYFS means it's a statutory framework that's mandatory for every registered provider. This means the framework must be implemented by registered providers.

It's a necessary read for working with children in England so good to get to grips with it :) https://www.gov.uk/government/public...e-framework--2
