portfolio help please

Hi everyone

I am doing a home course and my assignment 2 came back for the work place evidence came back not pass and i was wondering if any body can help me by telling me how to set up a portfolio of evidence for

identify and obtain the information required to support learning activities.

Identify and agree with the teacher the opportunities for using information and communication technology to support learning

select and prepare the resources required for planning learning activities

I did ask tutor and they said ask teacher but teacher said i had all the information any help would be great so i can see where i went wrong

I have witness statements for helping a group in maths. i also have weekly plans and the plans that the children have everyday

Hi, the second point refers to ICT opportunities for using information and communication technology to support learning. If the maths activity was computer/electronics based maybe add your own reflective account of the lesson from the beginning where the Teacher explained what's expected of you, and then to the end where any assessment sheets were completed to assist future planning. This would also help you fulfill the 'select and prepare the resources' part.
