CYPOP 14 help :-)

i am just working my way through unit CYPOP 14 and i come to question 3.1. Explain why it is important to encourage children or young people to resolve conflict for themselves if possible.

whilst researching i came across this online booklet which was very helpful. i hope it can help other people too!
