describe how own values and beliefs and experiences may affect working practice.

is this like pedagogy or something different please help i need help

I did something similar in my nvq3. It was part of a reflective practice assignment. I wrote about how sometimes you have to go against your own values and beliefs to follow the settings policys.

For example if I had my own child I would think nothing of telling them off and using the word 'naughty' but in my setting we have to always be positive and that word is considered swearing!

Also you cannot be prejudiced working with children. A childcarer who practices any religion cannot dismiss any childs beliefs because they are not what they believe themselves.

Not sure if this is what you need but hope it is!
