Help SOS unit 309

Hi

Could someone please help me with this question, I'm not sure what I am supposed to be writing about:

Consult with relevant adults when drawing up your plans, taking into account the resource implications

I have spoken about sources of support i.e. team, parents, children, senco etc, am I on the right track?
