Default document/record a child’s achievements?

can any one plz help me how would you document/record a child’s achievements according to what is in the EYFS ? Most local early years settings do have a system for recording progress with the EYFS in mind. This could be children’s profiles, records of achievement or learning journeys to name a few methods
thank you

Our setting uses individual child EYFS Tracking Charts.

What does your setting do for observations ??
