Default a little guidance please :D

i have to write about safe working practices, documenting things such as bruises on a child when they arrive at the setting, but im just finding it hard to get my brain into action and dont really know where to start. Any help would be really appreciated!

what do you do when someone arrives on the morning with a bruise!! your setting with have a policy and a procedure you need to describe it but really you should know this off by heart.

I do know about documenting bruises or cuts, i just meant is there anything else anyone can think of to write about for safe working pratices.
