General question EYE9.1 - help with writing a report

hi im doing unit EYE9.1 I have to write a report on understanding the importance of working in partnerships

can anyone tell me or give a website with a summary of:

equality act
the role of senco

also I need help with
identify common barriers to partnerships work and hoe these can be overcome to ensure the best outcomes for children
