hi Annie
it will help them with their emotional intellect and critical decision making skills. its essential we are all equipped with knowledge of how to resolve conflicts. it is important that a child understands that we are individual and its ok to have different thoughts, beliefs and even to act differently, hope this helps a little x

This is what i put It is important for children to deal with conflict themselves because it helps with their negotiation skills their communication skills, their social skills and their problem solving skills. It promotes a greater independence and also boosts their self-esteem. It helps them to understand things from another person’s point of view. When a child resolves conflict it helps then to take responsibility for their actions

Thank you both soooo much. When someone else explains it makes sense :) I've got about 3 optional units like that and because they're optional they're not in my text book to give me ideas. Thanks again girls xx xx
