this is the first time ive used this, can anyone point me in the right direction for this question its 4.2 undertake a reflective analysis of own practice - i dont know how to start this

I am have the exact same problem with that question and due to get it signed off tomorrow!!!! so stressed out ha ha, and 4.3!!!!! x

Hi, what sort of appraisal system does your setting have in place and is it something you can use as a starting point?

thanks for your reply.
I did some reflective narrative and also gave an example about something that happened at the setting, and how I learned with it.. and I passed.. thanks.
I'm struggling now with SHC 32, 3.2, 4.2,4.3 and 5.3, if you can give some help with that I will be really grateful. thanks
