Default Healthy eating, help please

Hi I am nearly finished my level 3 and really need to get this bit of work done ASAP, but am stuck on what I actually have to Dom any expample and explanations of how you would go about it are much appreciated.
So.. Here the question...

"Now research on the internet for websites on allergies and/.or healthy eating- ensure you use a search engine such as Google to find the websites. Summarise the information you have found cutting and pasting onto a word document which will be emailed to your assessor. Please Use at least 2 websites as sources of information and cut and paste the web addresses you have used onto your document highlighting and underlining to make them clear to see."

Please help thank you

Hi a warm welcome to silkysteps xx. I'm surprised you've been asked to cut & paste information. If it's quotes your expected to find it might of been a little more appropriate to explain rather than risk promoting plagiarism :(

If you look into healthy eating you'll see how allergies to certain foods can impact on an individual's choice, preference, nutrition and potentially their overall health and development.

These are good reading for guidance & health eating ..

2007 Nutritional guidance for Early Years - Scotland.gov.uk
2009 Food and health guidelines Wales.gov.uk
2012 Eat better start better voluntary information for settings in England - from children's food trust .org.uk
2013 Nutrition matters for early years - NI public health

Good sites for allergies and anaphalactic shock
NHS.uk - anaphalaxis
Allergy uk.org

Gluten intollearance - Coeliac.uk
Lactose intollerance - dairy or milk allergy and eczema
Nut allergy - 2008 information sheets for parents from UHSM.nhs.uk and other oral allegry foods eg. Kiwi fruit

Adrenalin auto injectors or epipen training google search

Hth xx
