Candidate report - Type of evidence.....help!

I'm studying SLTS level 3 with study house.

I've submitted assignment 1 and had feedback. I understand I need more evidence on tasks 10 and 14. But I think I've set it out wrong too....

Assignments and tasks - I didn't use a template, I've mainly answered the tasks in essay style using word. I aligned it all and used correct font, size etc.....put my details and page number in headers .....and started a new page for each task. I thought this style of answering the tasks through writing answers in my own words showing knowledge was called "candidate report"..... Is this not the case?
