Default Supporting children to achieve their learning potential

I have just finished my last unit but it was sent back as my answers are too brief please can anyone give me any extra advise on the following questions?
🔘 explain how policies have influenced access to learning opportunities for children and young people.
🔘 describe how to encourage children and young people to recognise how their interests, talents and abilities can help to achieve their aspirations.
🔘explain how you would support children or young people's learning activities
🔘 describe how you would support children or young people to recognise and deal with attitudes or behaviour that may undermine learning opportunities.
🔘 describe how you would provide children or young people with enthusiastic feedback to celebrate achievement.

Many thanks
Nikki

1.You could talk about the benefits of anti discrimination policies, the benefits of inclusion policies or the equality of access policy in your setting and how these stamp out inequalities.
2. Think about ways you encourage children. You could write a for example case study - a child likes certain bands or singers they want to be a singer you could focus on voice as an instrument in music play or get them to learn their fav singer or bands songs but with their own little spin on it. record the child singing so they can take it home.
3.think of an activity say an obstacle course what are they learning or practising hand to eye, balance , gross motor, how did you support the child you set up course with obstacles which the child needed to practise but also with ones they are really good at. How did you boost their confidence did you offer to help them balance or did you tell them they can do it.
4. You need to be consistent fair unwanted behaviour must be punished in some way to deter the behaviour all good encouraged or praised to promote it. remember children learn by example so will copy your example.
5. how would you praise good work? you could make a fab work wall were great work is put on show or all to see or you could give them round of applause or good work song. Think of things you wish people had done for you when you did something good or amazing.

Hope that helps just remember or everything you do say why you did it.
